Unlike traditional real estate sales, when you list your home with the Seller's Edge, you are free to decide how much you wish to pay a buyer's agent in commission should they bring you a buyer for your home. While traditional plans have historically allowed approximately 2.5% - 3% of the sale value to the buyer's agent, the Seller's Edge allows you to reward the buyer's agent more generously if you so choose since there is no seller's commission involved in the sale. In a "Buyer's Market" when selling your home may be difficult, the enticement of such a buyer's agent incentive may expedite the transaction. Whatever you decide, the buyer's agent commission is only due and payable if the sale of your property goes through.
